Goal

The goal of crewanywhere is to provide, free of charge, first contact between deliverycrew and delivery-owners in their attempt to arrange a yacht delivery. Crewanywhere does this with a date and place based registry of crew and deliveries which results in finding crew being at the right time and place for a certain delivery. This enables delivery-owners to save substantially on airfares and it helps deliverycrew to find a suitable delivery easier, without travelling a lot.

Who can use it

Crewanywhere is for experienced deliverycrew searching for work and deliverycompanies or private persons looking for crew on a yachtdelivery.

How it works

Deliverycrew add the location and time they will be in the future to the database. Delivery-owners register their need for deliverycrew, also accompanied with place and date. Crewanywhere automatically matches the registered deliverycrew with the deliveries and makes custombuild crewproposals for your delivery and custommade deliveryproposals for crew. For deliverycrew it produces a list of deliveries which leave at the location they are going to be. For deliveryowners it proposes a list of crew being at the place of departure at the time of departure. After searching the results the parties can contact each other for further details. Delivery-owners can choose their deliveries not to be published in public.

Crewanywhere only proposes crew for your delivery which is in the neighbourhood of the departurelocation of your delivery and it selects only crew that suits the qualifications you ask for. Saving on airfares is the biggest benefit besides the fact that only quality crew is selected. Crewanywhere is intended to be used besides your normal crewingresources.

Benefits for deliverycrew

Using crewanywhere enables you to switch between easily between deliveries. When you arrive next month in the Caribbean and register this at crewanywhere, deliverycompanies having a delivery leaving in the caribbean can search for you and contact you in the time between your registration and the actual delivery. You can also look yourself for deliveries from the Carribean leaving next month.

Security

The information in our database will only be available for members registered at crewanywhere. Access to the databases can only be established if you have a confidential loginname which you create during registration. Deliverycompanies can choose not to publish their deliveries to the members. In this case the deliverydetails will only be used to search for crew by the deliveryowner himself.
